    • Rural Development Society members were conducted counseling to the women of the 5 target villages. Mr.M.Ratnaswamy President of R.D.S., 1 Lawer, 1 Professor and 3 Social Elite persons conducted counsellings and motivated the women and teen age girls against trafficking and also organized the victims into a strong and vocal group to fight against exploitation. We frequently met and discussed on the problems of women and initiating the suitable measures to solve such women problems. They also take active role in conducting training, workshops, seminars, Women Street corner meetings during the course of the project and realize the people about the social and cultural change of women in the society.
